Framed with long sleeves with elasticated cuffs for comfort, featuring a full zip fastening and detachable hood this puffer jacket keeps you covered on your outdoor adventures. Stay cosy and covered through colder conditions with the duck down and feather insulation.
Fusing function with fashion this jacket features two external front pockets with one internal zip pocket for ease of access to your everyday essentials as well as providing a place to keep your hands warm. We work with Amazon Shipping, EVRi and Royal Mail to deliver your order. Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day, please note the we do not dispatch orders over the weekend, so orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched Monday morning.
Deliveries will be made Monday – Sunday (dependent on courier) used between 8am and 6.00pm, except bank holidays.
All orders require a signature on receipt. Currently signatures are provided contactless. If you are not at home for your order, our couriers will leave the order at a safe place or local access point and advise you of its location with a calling card or email.
Returns
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label from EVRi or Royal Mail (dependent on postcode), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your items back at our warehouse, we will deduct £3.59 from your final refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like underwear and swimwear due to hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
